Don’t say we’re superior but we are, and it shows

When certain people say bare bones they mean it. Like this loaner computer, which I’m thankful for and appreciative of, just does not have the conoles that the master computer in Woods Cross does. Now part of this too is a turf war between Facebook and the Knytes. There’s a bunch of overpaid, spoiled brat college kids working there in Palo Alto California, that loves to fudge up my Facebook account. Posting pics is out and I’m getting sick of it. As I said come March, I’m taking a trip and a few Facebook interns will know that its not nice to piss off the Knytes.

But I miss my computer that has the high performance audio card, my graphics and so on. But even with that, in a few weeks the good folks at NGL here in Evanston Wyoming will have this thing back, everything I put on this one transferred over to the NEW ONE, that NGL is building me, and then we can really test out NGL’s ISP service.

Plan on being in Woods Cross Utah by afternoon to pay up the rents and so on, so hope John and all is there, and not left for New Years festivities.

Happy New Years from the Knytes

Your plans may not be God’s plans, and God’s plans might not be your plans.

After a day of freezing this is the first time all dang day I’ve been warm. Sitting here with a cup of SwissMiss and letting the storm roll through. While I should be packing, I’m kicking back. First with little to no antifreeze in WolfPup can’t get on the road Wednesday as planned, so it looks like I’ll be here until mid Saturday, and going down Sunday night into early morning so I can make sure John at I4 gets the monies for both December and January’s office/studio rent. Then do some negotiating with the new landlord here about staying put, which sadly to say, while not my plans , must be God’s plans. In fact it happened the same way nearly last month as it is this month. Just when I’m thinking of departing, God say’s naw ya’ll ain’t. And decides to kick up a storm, to keep me in my place.

Which brings me to topic.

We all must know and if you don’t ya’ll are in for a big surprise in the other dimension of Stovacore,(Klingon-Heaven) that God owns all, created all, controls all, and we are merely his servants, tools if you will, to do his work. God sees a need , and don’t ask me why, I get sent in to fix it. I must be God’s mechanic. Considering that Evanston Wyoming is the last place on this third rock from the sun, that I ever thought of moving back to. The occurrences, and memories of the past in 2006 are not so rapidly forgotten. Case in point, even the Uinta County Herald wont let me go browzing in the classifieds any more on their online editions. But there must be something really important that God wants me to do here, or he wouldn’t be making such a fuss. This is not the only time this kind of thing has happened. I had visions the day in 2008 when I after so much manure flowed through the chute, in Glenn’s Ferry, Idaho then, I was sticking my neck out to move to Boise. God then, said naw ya’ll ain’t. So he dumps down the snow, covers the sky so only FX came in on the satellite TV and only SOA was on the TV. God wanted me to regroove the club into the Knytes-of-Anarchy. It might have stayed all Hazzard County had that storm never came in. Of course going to Goon’s Ferry to begin with I was not for, in fact he was quite insistent on it. First I lost the muffler on WolfPup, going from Pocatello to Glenn’s Ferry, then lost the tail pipe, at just past the I-84/86 split, then just about to Raft River, blew a tire. Which took forever to fix it seemed.

Which he was determined for me to do, once I had completed it, in Knytes-rules number 11, when the job is done walk away. So after the club had been renamed and re-established in Boise, it was time for me to carry that message to Gooding. Just like when I moved from Bliss Idaho to Buhl, God didn’t want me to go, but once I did, he was determined for me to do something and had me give breath and birth to what has become HazzardAyre.

God’s work never ends, we always might not understand or comprehend why God has us do certain things, but if you truly Love God, and his Son Jesus Christ, you will hear his voice, you’ll get the nudge from the Holy Ghost, and you’ll trust yes have faith that God is doing the right thing. While I’d much rather be bathing in the warmth if ya’ll can call it that in Woods Cross Utah right now at 12 above zero, I’m here hearing the winds blowing so hard at 20mph, that sounds like a bunch of cats thrown into a fight, and 3 below zero, in Evanston Wyoming, but God must have something big for myself and the club to accomplish here.

But it’s 3:00 in the morning, I’m going to crawl under my blanket and quilt again on the floor, the local LDS Bishop has yet to drive over to help, or help with a bed, but I guess God expects me to do that on my own. But ya’ll know my feelings on that. I was reading a piece in the latest Ensign, about being a witness for Jesus Christ. I try to be every day, I will strike up a conversation any time anyone wants to talk about our Heavenly Father or his son, who gave us the greatest gift of all, our path to salvation, if we only will hear his words, absorb his love, follow his teachings and in those teachings it tells us to teach everyone, but more importantly be a witness of his love and understanding.

God has a plan, and while it may not always fit in my plans or aspirations, still I have faith that what ever it is, God has a plan, a duty for me to do here in southwestern Wyoming, or I would not be here.

Limitations are only in your mind or The Freezer of Wyoming

The Other title I had for this entry was Leaving to Return.

Today marks the very day a month ago, when I ventured here to Evanston, to begin a new chapter in my life of residency in Evanston to further the cause and mission of the Knytes-of-Anarchy as well as the AyreWolvez. To which I thank all those involved at NGL and my neighbors for allowing me to sustain and endure this past month of December.

With that said of course I know that which the media werx of the club, and nothing against NGL or anybody, but the environment of 20mph winds, clouds of frozen snow in front of the tiny antenna and limited budgets, 10mbps down and not much more up is not enough horsepower to sustain HazzardAyre Radio, to the award winning level that is became in Western Utah . Its hard to pilot a simple aircraft when you have had the stick of a fighter in your hands. The same thing exists here, its hard to be patient to attempt a long file download that your used to doing in 5 minutes or less taking 2 hours. But I also know there is much more that can be done to put some more oomph in NGL and the system they currently run. So as far as we are concerned we are sticking with them as far as Wyoming is concerned. Streaming movies from Hulu and such has been near goof proof and not needing constant refreshing to watch an entire program. In fact that has been one aspect that has kept me from going insane here. No TV in my life is not an option, throughout my career both in civilian life and being part of the media farm of both AFRTS and the USMC unit of the Pentagon Channel, I am in TV and of course radio. I have learned from the best and the medium of both TV and Radio will be my secondary career as long as I have breath. Of course flying and building bikes as well as towing will be my primary concerns and efforts. However I can’t live long without seeing TV. I have an insatiable appetite for certain TV shows, and films, I need to be creating them, And I know it can be here even in Evanston with the right amount of vitamins in the diet of western Wyoming IP and yes even NGL. But living in a constant freezing condition as far as weather and in 9 degree temperatures rather than at least 15 to 28 degree warmth is where I need to be. So here’s the aim.

Before I get there understand, from near a few days after I moved in here to now, and my I wish I had never had handed over all of my money to do so, I vowed that unless some big whammy of a miracle occurred that come the first day or few days of January I would bust a move and get me outta here until sometime in about May or June, when it’d be a bit warmer to breathe some serious infusions of Knytes Enginuity into Evanston to benefit the club , its members, and the local public. It seems as though the goddess of luck has smiled on us again. As the same floor and nearly same space as that of which I discovered leaving here in February 2006 is once again available although it may have already been taken. Even so there are places here that can be had, and if possible I’ll be in one by March of 2015 , but keeping what we have in Woods Cross, Utah in the I4 Solutions building. Where the speed of internet is 60 plus rather than a creeping 10, where even with a cold wind, the wind breaks of many buildings keeps me dry and only mildly chilled. But make no mistake we’ll be part of Evanston’s landscape and over the air and Internet radio/TV , but its going to be mid April as it thaws here, before much of that can happen. Plans of outright buying of KEVO and retrofitting that and renaming it with a HazzardAyre twist, to establishing our own OTA station is really in the winds, but putting blankets over windows to keep warm, and thankfully I don’t have to pay heat or power bills here as I have had to keep the heater on 90 just to raise the inside warmth level to 60 is ridiculous. I need to be warm, something maybe to do with my southern roots but Dixie people don’t do well in snow, ice and sub zero. I need to be closer to town, have indoor HEATED places for the trucks and me, and cable tv/internet, to gain some real altitude. Make no mistake we are not dropping NGL, but looking at other back up resources. The howls of the Wolvez need to be heard. And we plan on being the Alpha Wolvez rather AyreWolvez doing the howling. Our nations future depends on it. The future of Evanston and southwestern Wyoming depends on our success. We look to having NGL as our Internet provider for years to come, but that said it’ll be in another location in Evanston.

And I mean IN Evanston not on the fringes of it.

So Next Monday I pack up and head west to Utah, resume operations in Woods Cross Utah and in March return to get this op in Wyoming off the tarmac, between then and now I need to thaw out.

People like causes and Facebook things as long as it don’t cost anything

The wicked wind outside with drifting snow is not doing much for a sunny outlook, I just do not do well in cold. I’m sorry wet warm snow yes, cold dry blowing snow, no.

Just a few more days and I’m back in the saddle reassembling the HazzardAyre operations in Utah. Not much warmer but enough to make it livable, funny didn’t I do this LAST year this time?

I’m counting the minutes and seconds.

I envisioned things here much differently without fully checking it out first, something that I’m growing to learn is not a good idea. Goes along the lines of going into a battle without doing a good amount of scouting and intel gathering. I’m learning, even at this old age.

I’m running on low level sleep, since was up all night doing what started as a quick bible study, but got into a deep Q&A and all its not bad, but had thoughts of Church this morning, but guess my neighbors and daughter decided they were too pooped to pop as well. Maybe next week if by some miracle and it’d better be a big one, that , I’m still here then.

Okay then.

I caught an early morning post by the Hazzard County crew about getting the DOH fan page to go viral today, of course its free, just requires a click, but if it has anything to do with the shelling out for a cause, the likes, on Facebook become less.

If it requires cash or effort, many back away, and hope somebody else does it.

Something that the club has never done, but then not everyone is a Knyte and more importantly few are AyreWolvez.

So as I close to go in and catch up on some serious sleep, getting ready for the big push outta here Thursday, if you are not ready to commit , shut up.

How do I recover something I already covered?

So this morning during an online press crew meeting, the nylon hosiery thing came up again, of course I got assigned yet another story on the subject since I have been doing it for 23 years or better.

Lets not go over why, but I like gals in nylons, pants, dresses or skirts, nylons just make legs look better. Despite The slight discomfort still they look better. But Dixie Nation News has been looking at rounding up and bringing the entire cast of a BBC CH-4 comedy called Fresh Meat to the USA, for the Bear River Jamboree or as we say it the Bear River Jamb. So I started noticing that the entire cast of that series at least the feminine cast members all and I mean ALL women on there are wearing nylons, tights, Leotards, or at least leggings of some sort. So the question went out, is English or at least younger gals in the UK, and European areas of the world more accepting and even embracing wearing leggings, than their American counterparts.

So why don’t women in the USA wear them more. Answers are all over the landscape, but generally gravitate to being uncomfortable, not in the fashion trends, meaning girls going out looking like trash is better and more rebellious than showing up for a TV interview dressed in fashion expressing and outfit enhancing hosiery , so here’s a rebellious idea, younger girls to reverse that trend and be for wearing nylons more would really be rebellious. Don’t ya’ll think.

From Katy Perry to Kate Middleton, the trend is going back to seeing nylons on women especially on and in movies and TV, the ones that don’t show a measure of panache in having gals in hose seem to be the same films and TV series that get the boot.

Here’s an example, was watching an episode of Madam Secretary on CBS reruns. On there in the episode, Games On, we see the madam secretary lounging on a couch in some statehouse. All polished to the nines, but then she sits down, takes off her heels and we see legs that are bare, legs that look like rusty pipes and its hammer toe city. The entire scene just got trashed. Wardrobe coach needs to be beaten. Or at least continuity director, needs to be tarred and feathered. Here we had a near Cinderella scene hammered by hammer toe, and all too , none flattering legs, some slight fashion leggings of some sort would have repaired this.

The argument that if she is wearing pants, no nylons needed is bunk. A pair of Wrangler cowgirl cut jeans, is always covering a gal wearing pantyhose underneath. Lets face t falling junk from the trunk is not going to look good in these tight cut jeans. No matter how many leg crunches and butt tightening exercises she does, nylons fix a variety of ills. Open toed shoes on gals wearing nylons is said to be a foopaw. To me its more like a slight tease to a guy to say wanna taste these? Or especially under a short skirt, that slight glimpse or whisper of the darker shade of nylon with the panty is more like a dare, want to see more? Get closer. Yet modern gals seem to be wanting more of a Lesbian look rather than a feminine look, which I think is all wrong, just as finding guys who can’t even change oil on their own car, or have no idea how to be a guy anymore. This is degrading men, and the HE MAN that used to be . Not what is and that’s a shame. That’s drifting off topic, but needs to be explored. Why Guys quit being guys and turned into whimpy geeks?

Getting back to the subject, is the UK more sophisticated than The USA is, or was there a mis step here? Technology is different in the UK, than America, dig this in England , you can still watch TV broadcast TV, analog style with an antenna. Why? No ridiculous FCC agency saying all TV broadcasters have to go digital to swallow up band space for a nationwide Internet wireless thing that never ever came to fruition. Yet many older, rural America and such people had to throw out that old Tube type TV go buy new flat screen TV’s trouble is few digital conversions wont work in say Evanston Wyoming. Why the translator from Utah was never fully converted. Just turned off.

Makes the idea of moving to the land of Union Jack very attractive.

I’m not so convinced the Interview incident wasn’t a farce

Okay I have heard all this junk about the Interview, incident. How Sony Pictures got hacked by North Korea to thwart the films success. Maybe, maybe not , but Sony Pictures has to be loving all the promotion of which much even they couldn’t buy, for a film that was in the toilet to begin with.

Before the big hack scare, few knew of or really cared about the Interview. It was Louis CK, or at least a bad SNL film. But this is not the first farce that has been played on the public.

We all know that 80 % of 911 was a Government orgastraited fiasco.

We all know that had the Government wanted those towers protected, there was a Apache helicopter base just across the bay that could have taken out the two planes miles off shore and no big whammy, that still has many American people with their heads up their ass and in the sand.

But what was that one for? So that Bush Junior could finish what Bush senior started. Once he did you noticed it was a lame goose season in the Government, nothing getting accomplished and now we have a person who ought to be wearing chains and a ball on his ankle , as President. But with it all chains and a ball good or bad at least good old Obama, is trying to do something, not just sit on his ass, kissing ass and shaking babies. At least Obama is trying to pass legislation, he hears the the common folks, and while I don’t necessarily like all his programs, nor do I like his FCC chairman who wont open a 2nd filing window for LPFM/LPTV apps for rural America, I still have to say that if I had Senator Reid or Boehner in office, I’d run off to England. London has more freedom than we do, and better TV, watch Fresh Meat on hulu if you want an example.

But getting back, why is it that with all that President Obama is in Hawaii, playing golf and looking like he didn’t care about the hacked Interview bullshit? Because it was a publicity thing and very little more. The Japs at Sony, had a dick weaving contest with North Korea, North Korea lost and guess what the film got booted from mainline theaters to the grade B picture houses, but still grossed a $1,million dollare ROI, not a bad day at work.

My opinion I could be wrong.

Now what are we going to do about Facebook and Yahoo putting up the same news and trendings? And what is this about the sponsored pages, which are loaded with Malware,spyware, and virus’s . Sure your just scrolling away, see an article about Bruce Jenner’s daughters, and wham you just sank your computer into a dung filled pyle of computer manure. Damn it if AOL, ends up buying Yahoo, and that’d be a reason to leave Yahoo, I wasn’t a big fan of AOL, that always poisoned my computers, with malware, but Miss Mayers of Yahoo, will be out of a job and appearing with Rosie and friends on sister company ABC’s the view. You did know that Yahoo, is partly owned by ABC/Disney, didn’t you?

Maybe its time for a new , independent player to be brought on stage here.

No I’m not so convinced that the Interview Incident wasn’t a farce, more like one well planned and executed publicity gimmick. Just hope the who gets busted and really jailed.
