Limited minds and abilities, just like many in Evanston Wyoming, really all ovr the area that I have met ovr my just the last few years, that are so stupid and the extra programming does not help, nor does any extra coaching, it has to be natural or the bandwidth of both the person and/or computer will be limited.
So why is the person limited? Some say its the mother taking narcotics during pregnancy, that delivers addict babies that is the crux of our social problems. Computers? It's usually the attempt by manufactuers to get products out faster than the competitor, so design, archatecture and such features are comprimized, and not I'm not big super brainiac I'm a GED educated mechanic from Hazzard County CSA, that has an opinion.
